Elements in astrology are the basic entities that are primarily used for interpreting the character of a person. There are four elements and these are denoted as fire, air, water, and earth. In simple terms, each element represents a particular stream of personality and character. The element earth is associated with Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. People who come under this category are hard workers and traditionalists. But they do something only if they are convinced of the need to do it. Unlike the people under the fire and the air elements, they are not entirely comfortable hogging the limelight.
