Did You Know?

1. If Mars is placed in the 1st, 4th, 7th, 8th or the 12th house of your Horoscope, then you have a Mars Affliction (known as Manglik). Meaning Mars will cause problems in relationships and how you relate to life in general, especially in the first 30 years of life. However Mars is a planet that learns from his mistakes, so maturity will bring hard earned wisdom.

2. Mars, the fiery red angry planet, is half the diameter of Earth with has the same amount of dry land. Like Earth, Mars has weather (including seasons), polar ice caps, volcanoes, canyons. There are even signs of ancient floods on Mars.

Did You Know?

1. Wherever Saturn sits in your birth chart, he is 'The Law', it is the house where:
    a) You Need to finish unfinished Karma
    b) You can easily make mistakes concerning that house, (ie: 7th house, marriage)
    c) You will be Judged for your mistakes
2. You can minimize afflictions in your birth chart due to past life karma with remedial measures such as mantras, pujas, gems, etc. But with Saturn, remedies become much more effective when you are; having compassion, helping others in need, & keeping a pure heart.

Mars Enters Capricorn on Dec 18th

No other planet symbolizes emotions better than Mars.
Planet Mars is considered as a symbol of energy and vitality. Mars fires your emotions and energizes your passions, but also powers your mental endeavours and communicative skills.
Capricorn is the sign that represents action as it is an active earth sign. As this sign is ruled by Saturn, it is career oriented, about leadership, and success in business.

When Mars transits to Capricorn on December 18th, it brings energy and the ability to work long hours in a selfless mood. There is potential for you, for rapid movement towards obtaining material goals and material things especially in Real Estate and career. It is about new beginnings.

So that day is particularly very important for us in order to pick up the Martial energy, in other words, royalty consciousness.

Meditation and Prayers on 12-12-12

The Moon, that is, The Lunar Cycle and the Mind are co-related. The mind principle can be traced with the Moon.
In other words, the Moon influences the Mind.

During the New Moon, the mind has a potential possibility to annihilate itself, meaning that you can experience a non-mind consciousness, particularly during the New Moon of the Mini Shivaratri night. Mini Shivaratri is the night of the Shiva, and it happens on the New Moon on Dec 12th. During that time, you can transcend your mind and these happen regularly during every New Moon. But then the night of the Shiva is a special New Moon so we observe prayers, expecting a state of being or existence above and beyond the limits of material experience. while you are meditating.

We have another opportunity, a great opportunity that happens on 12.12.12 which is a very important time.

There are 12 Chakras and the 12th Chakra is the God Chakra, right above the 11th Chakra that’s above the skull.
This 12.12.12 is a very important combination and more important because it falls on the New Moon time. So you can transcend your mind during that time get into a different type of consciousness.

Mercury Retrograde, Nov 2012 and 2 Eclipses

Mercury's retrograde is November 6th to November 26th.
The purpose of Mercury retrograde is to review and revise our life and our connection with reality. When Mercury retrogrades, we find that many parts of our life are being revised. Often these revisions can be a surprise or throw us back a step. However, these revisions which occur during a Mercury retrograde, are a "course correction" and provide a stop gap measure until we can review situations. The best mode to be in during a Mercury retrograde is one of "non-reaction", and with earth signs being impacted, physical environment will be changing continually during a Mercury retrograde.
There can be purging, venting, raging -- a volcano of emotion that's been capped is opened. Be cautious about making decisions, if you experience a personal meltdown. Along with it being Mercury retrograde, the emotional force that's unleashed can lead to acting from peak intensity. I'm sure you've experienced that sense of being blinded by rage. It's wise to give yourself time to deal with (transform) and integrate all that's rising.
This retrograde invites us to recover any lost parts of who we are. You might get synchronised in the form of reminders of something that has a strong emotional punch or pull. It's powerful to hold something with healing awareness, that's been a source of pain or self-judgement.
In general, a Mercury Retrograde turns our minds and our thoughts to the past. Mercury is the ruler of the mind, communication, transportation, short trips, and neighbours. Often when Mercury is at his stations (the point of changing directions either backward or forward) things are most difficult. Expect travel delays and detours. Mercury’s retrograde is not a good time to start a new job or relationship.
The November Mercury retrograde gives our goals as aspirations a deeper perspective through Scorpio being activated during this process. The Scorpio aspect of inner depth as shown by our inner connection to the higher awareness, will revise our directions, goals and sense of purpose. Issues of transparency showing the Scorpio inner aspects of motives, ethics, values and intentions become the major area of focus during this time
On November 13th we’re going to have a total Solar Eclipse in the passionate sign of Scorpio. This could bring total transformation for some of us.
Then we’ll encounter a Lunar Eclipse on November 28th in Gemini, the sign of duplicity. Some of may jump to conclusions and make a decision they will regret.

Sani Pradosham of 2012 is on 27th Oct.

October 2012 is a very different month. This October-November a "Perverse Yet Fortunate" positioning of planets is taking place.
A strange combination in Libra, the Sun gets debilitated and Saturn is exalted. That's why it is called perverse, but very very powerful because of the relationship between the Sun and Saturn.
This debilitated Sun and the exalted Saturn are going to create unexpected turn of events in your life especially for those of you born under Sun or Saturn. Still you don't know if it will help or harm as it does not follow the normal rules.
You can benefit during this special time frame by accessing the energy of specific Sun-Saturn vortexes. We highly recommend that people who are strongly influenced by Sun or Saturn should take advantage of this one month period when the two planets are together in Libra (Oct.17th - Nov.16th). This astrological event affects the area(s) of your life ruled by Saturn and Sun, so everyone will be affected to some degree.
The Moon controls your physical, psychological, and material fortune, as it controls the Mind. The 13th Moon provides you with the opportunity to dissolve your bad karma (obsessive and repeating negative thoughts) by connecting to the archetype of Shiva.
Every 13th Moon is called Pradosham, however a 13th Moon that falls on a Saturday is special, and is called Sani Pradosham, when the planet Saturn is giving liberation for Saturn karmas. Sani Pradosham is a the time to ask Shiva to remove stubborn lifelong karma. Take advantage of the very Last Sani Pradosham of 2012 which is on 27th Oct.

Navratri - Durga Puja

Durga, in Sanskrit means "She who is incomprehensible or difficult to reach." Goddess Durga
is a form of Sakti worshiped for her gracious as well as terrifying aspect. Mother of the

Universe, she represents the infinite power of the universe and is a symbol of a female

dynamism.

She is also called by many other names, such as Parvati, Ambika, and Kali. In the form of

annual festival called Durga puja.

Performing Durga Puja at least once in a year will give prosperity, health ,wealth and peace of

mind to the individual who is performing it.

Durga Puja is done specially during the Navratras

Navratra literally means '9 nights'. These days are astrologically very powerful for Spiritual

upliftment. During these days and nights, prayers are offered to 'Mother' who is the

Manifestation of the Absolute Energy that pervades the Universe. As 'Durga' sitting on a Lion,

she is a Manifestation of 'Shakti' or the Primordial Energy. The Power to breathe, walk, digest

etc, comes from Ma Durga.

Durga Puja bestows wealth and property and protects the person from all sorts of dangers.

Durga is the Overlord of Rahu. Her energy counteracts and destroys Rahu negative influence.

Each day is the symbol of different Goddess. Therefore, the worship should be done considering all the Deities at their significant day. The worship of first day of the Navratri must include Kalash Sthapna and installation of clay pot in which the Jaw is nurtured for 9 days. Strict fast and avoidance of liquor, non vegetarian food, onion and even garlic must be maintained for the next 9 days. The deities who are worshipped during Navratri or Durga Pooja are:

Mars, Jupiter, & Saturn in October 2012

This October 2012 will have the High Energy and Motivation of Mars, the Intensity of Jupiter, and the stability of Saturn. The changes you initiate this month (sooner is better) will have lasting impact.
Mars gives you the courage to face tough issues, and Mars is strong in Scorpio and will only become stronger, however be careful, the intense Mars/Rahu combination increases the chance for accidents.

Jupiter provides the wisdom to solve tough issues and to not repeat the mistakes of the past. Jupiter is retrograde until end of January 2013. This intensifies Jupiter's energy and allows you to review your life with wisdom and fix what needs fixing, be it bad finances, bad health habits, and bad relationships.
This is not a time to be in denial, use the energy that is available to make things happen. The intensity of both Mars & Jupiter will make October ative and mtivated.
Jupiter, the primary money planet, moves retrograde into Taurus on October 5th.
Jupiter is a planet of fortune and expansion. He governs finance, children, prosperity, harmony, honor, truth, honesty, spirituality, auspiciousness. While in retro motion (apparent backward motion), Jupiter would reverse its influence on the above mentioned areas.
Jupiter retrograde is a good time to review what you have now and introspect on the real progress that you have made in life. The energies of this retrograde supports educational pursuits and helps to realize unfinished academic aspirations. This is also a time when your inner awareness is at its highest and you can make progress to a refined level of understanding of yourself and your relationship with this Universe.

Jupiter is considered the king of planets and as such the ill effects of other planets are controlled automatically, when Jupiter is powerful.
The Moon signs that have general favorable results during this retrograde motion of Jupiter are:
Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Pisces.

Pitru Paksha (Sanskrit: पितृ पक्ष) - 2012

Pitru Paksha (Sanskrit: पितृ पक्ष), also spelt as Pitr paksha or Pitri paksha, (literally "fortnight of the ancestors") is a 16–lunar day period when Hindus pay homage to their ancestors (Pitrs), especially through food offerings.
Pitru Paksha is considered by Hindus to be inauspicious, given the death rite performed during the ceremony, known as Shraddha or tarpan. In southern and western India, it falls in the Hindu lunar month of Bhadrapada (September–October), beginning with the full moon day (Purnima) that occurs immediately after the Ganesh festival and ending with the new moon day known as Sarvapitri amavasya, Mahalaya amavasya or simply Mahalaya.
Pitru Paksha 2012 starts on September 30, 2012 – Mahalya Pitru Paksha begins - Pratipada and Purnima Shradh on the same day and the last day is October 15, 2012 – Mahalaya Amavasi – Most important day of Shradh.

It is an extremely powerful period for propitiation of ancestors. Pitrus are said to Grace the households of their descendants with Divine Permission from the other Planes of Existence and are waiting to Bless any descendant who is willing to Honour them in whatever little way they can.

The impact ancestors have on your life is profound. Ancient cultures know that the ancestors have a powerful governing influence over our destiny.

Kala Sarpa Yoga & the Rahu-Ketu Effect
Right now, All the planets are between Rahu & Ketu, this creates a yoga called Kala Sarpa and a Kala Sarpa Yoga enhances Ancestor Worship. This means, Mahalaya Tarpanam Rituals are extra strong this year.
The easiest way to access God's grace is to feed a person who is starving, and to donate clothes. Donating food is considered to be the greatest charity of all the charities.

Ganesha Protects Our World from Destruction

This year Ganesha’s Birthday ends with a unique astrological event; when Vishaka birth-star makes its entrance. This creates a powerful 1 Hour and 46 Minute window.
Lord Ganesha or Vighneshwara is the overlord of Ketu, the South Node of the Moon and the ruler of Obstacles of material and spiritual order. This divine elephant-headed being has been granted a special siddha that permits him to see the negative/evil influences that are going to arise and to intervene and prevent those influences from taking effect. He could be considered as the most endearing form of all Hindu deities and His birthday; Ganesha Chaturthi also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi falls on the 4th day of the bright fortnight of Bhadrapada. This year it falls on September 19th.
On the day of Ganesha Chaturthi, people worship the Ashtavinayakas referred to the eight embodiments of Lord Ganesha that abolished the negative powers of the evil elements that existed in this planet.
Ganesha Chaturthi always coincides with the 4th moon that follows the new moon. The 4th moon of Ganesha's birthday has special powers to remove stubborn karmic blocks in the areas of finance, relationship and health. You have tried everything to improve a certain area of life, yet you have encountered a strong defiance. Ganesha can remove such obstacles.

Chant the Mantra given below 108 times

Saturn and Mars together in Libra

Mars and Saturn are in a conjunction (alignment) in the sky – they were at the same degree of Libra on August 15th 2012.  Traditional and Vedic astrology consider both Mars and Saturn to be “malefic” – they are seen as promoting danger (Mars) and generally bad things (Saturn).  So when the two come together, this can be perceived as a dangerous time where generally bad things can happen.
When Saturn and Mars are together in Libra, the sign of relationships with no benefic aspects, this can cause stress to build up, even in good relationships. A little relief will come by the end of September. However we are also experiencing a Kala Sarpa Yoga, where all the planets are between Rahu and Ketu, until early October. This will also cause stress and ripe karmas to manifest.
Mars and Saturn getting together in the same house and in conjunction in August 2012 can cause much concern to the strength and stability of certain astrological signs particularly the ones running their Saturn choti panoti, dhaiyya, sade sati etc
Mars denotes action and will be a go-getter. Saturn is structure and your authority combined with a finality as a result of patience shown. So here we are talking of two “Working” planets- one is brash, the other stable, one is aggressive, the other is stern and contained, one is zippy-zippy zoom, the other is turning the throttle slow.
So Mars-Saturn means that you can create real and lasting accomplishments provided you show up with clarity, precision, timing, stability and most importantly with Saturn being in happy house of Libra, he is going to over rule any childish prank you are up to. Be methodical and the result is sure to flow in.
Take the time to get clear about what you want to put forth, how you want to present it, and the results that you are seeking. Your efforts will be rewarded and as Mercury goes Direct, you may receive new insights and information that will further enhance your creation.

ADHIKA MASA - An Extra Month in 2012

There are two basic sources for calendars in the world namely Lunar Calendar and Solar Calendar. First let us know what Lunar and Solar Calendars are. A lunar calendar (Chandramana) is a calendar that is based on transit of Moon into the each Nakshatra (star) starting from Ashwini (Beta Arietis) to Revathi (Zeta Piscum). While Solar calendar (Souramana) is a calendar that is based on transit of Sun into the each Rashi (Zodiac) starting from Mesha (Aries) to Mina (Pisces).
Ancient seers found that Sun remains in a zodiac sign for approximately one month, the Moon travels through all twelve zodiac signs in about Twenty Seven and half days. As a result, on average, once about every two and half years, the entry of the Moon in the same zodiac sign occurs twice while the Sun remains in the same sign. In other words, when the Sun is traveling through the same zodiac sign, the month during which two new moons occur, happens once about every two and half years. This would result in sliding of a lunar month in relation to solar year. Such progressive slump of lunar months leads to disparity in seasons which depend on solar calendar. In order to synchronize the lunar months with solar calendar and to keep in pace with the seasons ancient seers formulated a concept or technique of adding an intercalary month for the lunar calendar.
Even this happens in Gregorian calendar also normally a month has only one new moon (Amavasya) and one full moon (Pournami). Sometime in a month two new moons occurred (it is very rare and called Blumoon). We can see that there are two full moons this month August 1st we had one and coming 31st there is another. In the same lines once in a while may be in 3 years, there will be no transit of Sun to any zodiac between two new moons such a month is termed Adhika Masa.

When was it suitable to add an extra month????

Adhika Masa, an extra month in the Hindu Lunar Calendar is also called Mala Masa. Adhika Masa happens to be from August 18 to September 16. Intercalation is the insertion of a leap day, week or month into some calendar years to make the calendar follow the seasons or moon phase. If there is Sun’s transit between two new moons (Amavasya) then it is a normal month, if there no Sun’s transit between new moons, it is considered Adhika Masa which happened this time. Sun transit to Simha Rashi (Leo) took place on August 17th and stays in that zodiac till September 16th there is no new moon (Amavasya) between those dates hence this entire Badrapada Masa is Adhika Badrapada Masa. According to lunar calendar from September 16th onwards it is Nija Badrapada, while to solar calendar from September 16th onwards it is Kanya (Virgo) Masa.

Planetary movement on Guru Purnima - July 3rd 2012

Guru is given a higher position then God, because of his qualities and qualification. Guru is called Brahma. Teacher gives a new birth to his students. Guru is true Mahadev because he forgives all flaws done by his disciple.
In India, Guru is given spiritual, religious and political significance. During the times of trouble, teachers have shown a new path to this nation. They don’t just a teacher but, they tell a person that how to come out from any kind of problem and danger.
Guru takes an individual to light from darkness. In simple words, he can be called the mass of knowledge.
Guru in India, is a person, who guides and protects us from all sorts of dangers and sins. Guru introduces us to a vast world of knowledge and dispels our ignorance and enlightens us.

"If God and Guru stand side by side, the first worship should be offered to Guru and then to God. It is because through the Guru we gain the ability to recognize and realize God."-- Kabir, 1440-1518, Indian mystic and poet

On Guru Purnima at home you can:

1) Chant Om Namasivaya out loudly or silently.
2) Pour water and milk over your sacred objects.
3) Clearly write out and ask for what you want (Ask and You Shall Receive)
4) Give to those less fortunate.
The Planets give an excellent diagram of the extraordinary happenings on Guru Purnima.

Jupiter, Ketu, Venus all in Taurus, forming Millionaire Yoga -- could even be called Millionaire without Greed. This is the gift to be free of financial constraints and have time for your personal evolution.
Jupiter influences Mars in Virgo, amplifying Mars Energy. The Overlord of Mars is Lord Muruga from Plaeides Star System. Showing Lord Muruga's presence closer to the Earth.
Mars in turn strongly influences the Moon with his 4th house aspect. Bringing more Goddess power, showing the presence of the 7 Mother Godesses.
This adds up to the Planets in support of the Guru's Grace.

At the time of the New Moon, the Moon rises or sets at the same time as the Sun. At Full Moon, the Moon rises at the same time the Sun sets, and the Moon sets at about the same time the Sun rises.

VIBRATIONS OF COLOURS

Colours are linked with the five elements of the nature Fire, Air, Earth, Water and Space and the seasons in the year. Each planet and each sign of the Zodiac is assigned a specific colour. Similarly the metals, food grains and gems etc., are also known by colours.
The importance of colour therapy is gaining significance. These facts emphasise the importance that colours play in our daily life. The apparent colour of an object depends upon the wave length of the light that its reflects.
What colour you like best? It may be your vibratory colour and it may be taken as a clue to know your natural traits.

The Sunlight is the source of all life

The visible Sunlight which is a combination of seven colors gets manifested in violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red (VIBGYOR). These colors travel in different wave lengths with varying energy intensities.
The Sunlight is the source of all life in the biosphere and it is responsible for all the biogeochemical cycles in the environment of the earth which sustains all the plant and animal life including the life of human beings. The main driver of energy is the Sun from where the color waves originate.
In all astrological treaties, the significance of color was emphasized for astrological remedies.
In Vedic astrology, the fundamental subject of research is the role of navgrahas (nine planets) in the horoscope which are said to govern the entire life of the native from birth till death and beyond. The reflected and emitted color rays provide a distinctive appearance to a particular planet.
The color of the Sun is a combination of orange and red.
The Moon is pale white but it reflects the orange red rays of the Sun.
Mars is of red color but it also reflects the yellow rays of the Sun.
Mercury is of green color and reflects green rays.
Jupiter is of orange-yellow color but reflects mainly blue rays of the spectrum.
Venus is considered to be pure white but it also reflects indigo rays of the spectrum.
Saturn is of black color and reflects violet rays of the Sun.
The two shadow planets Rahu and Ketu have also been assigned colors in Vedic astrology.
Rahu is considered to be black while Ketu is brown.

Sun: Since the color of Sun is red, the strengthening of Sun in the horoscope of an individual should be done with red flowers or saffron-color items. The recommended stone is ruby which is also red. This color represents energy and power. It also shows vitality and creativity. However, excess of red is harmful. Therefore, the weight of the gemstone has to be carefully decided. This color is not recommended to be used for people who have heart trouble.
Moon: It is pale white. This color contains all the seven colors of the spectrum and has purifying properties. It influences the thought process and leads towards virtue and spirituality. However, excess of white is also not good. The astrological methods for strengthening the Moon in the horoscope revolve around white items like white flowers (white lotus, jasmine, lily etc), milk, curd, rice flour, white sandalwood etc and among the gems white pearl is prescribed.
Mars: The red color Mars emits slightly yellowish rays. The difference between Sun red and Mars red is that the red in Sun indicates royalty while the red in Mars indicates violence. The redness of Mars associates with the RBC (red blood cells). Deficiency of Mars red can cause blood-related problems while the excess of red can be a cause of accidents and excessive aggression. For treatment of Mars-related problems red or yellow color is prescribed. The gems prescribed are red coral and pink coral. Prescribed herbs and grains are red lentil, ashwagandha (winter cherry), turmeric and onions which coincide with its fiery nature.
Mercury: This planet is of green color and this color stands for balance, harmony and hope. It has the capacity to calm down agitated nerves and mind. Therefore, this color is good for people suffering from heart problems. This is also good for pregnant women. Excess of greens can cause lethargy. Since, Lord Vishnu is symbolized by Mercury, green color basil leaves (tulsi) are recommended for Mercury-related problems.
Jupiter: The color of Jupiter is yellow or yellowish orange. The effects of both these colors are generally positive. This is, therefore, a benefic planet. Its color has a warming effect and energizes the nervous system. The yellowness produces stimulating effect on intellect. The compatible items for treatment of Jupiter-related problems are ashwagandha and other yellow flowers. Nuts like almonds, walnuts and cashews are also prescribed. The compatible gemstone for Jupiter is yellow sapphire and yellow topaz.
Venus: The color is pure white which is a combination of all colors of spectrum. Moon is pale white but Venus is bright white. The effects of the white color are the same as in Moon but Moon represents simplicity while Venus represents sophistication. The compatible items for treatment of Venus related problems are rose, saffron, jasmine, lotus, lily, white musali (Asparagus adscendens), amalaki (Emblica officinalis), aloe gel (Aloe Vera) etc. The compatible gem stone is diamond.
Saturn: The color of Saturn is black. This color is caused by the absence of light. The rays emitted by Saturn are of violet color. Black is a calming color for agitated persons and is also known for its protective properties. There are negative qualities also like resistance, obstruction, opposition, and enmity. Excess of black is a cause of depression. The compatible items for treating Saturn-related problems are generally of black color like, black sesame, urad, triphala (herbs including amalaki, bibhitaki and haritaki), iron etc. The compatible gemstone is blue sapphire which is highly risky to recommend because of the fiery nature of the planet.
Rahu: This shadow planet is regarded as smoky or black in color. The compatible items for treatment are camphor, bayberry, eucalyptus, sandalwood, lotus etc. Gomedha (hessonite garnet) is the recommended gemstone for Rahu-related issues.
Ketu: This shadow planet is generally considered brown in color. Brown color is not the original color of the spectrum. The compatible items for treating Ketu-related problems are bayberry, wild ginger, juniper, bhringaraj, skullcap, passion flower etc. The recommended gemstone is cat's eye (chrysoberyl family).

Positive Vaastu Aura can heal your home

Weak Vaastu or absent Aura (Vaastu Mandala) around and in your home happens to many people, because they do not know about this vital fact, and are unaware as to how to protect their homes, offices and premises from evil and negative forces.
Our environment has all sorts of energies, including the negative ones. Fear, anger, depression, negative people, heated arguments and evil eye on your home may easily damage the peace and happiness of your home. Negativity in any form can also damage the Aura of your Vaastu. It is also capable of badly harming the human energy field.
Vaastu Dosha may also occur due to inconsistent gravity, wrong wind flows, inconsistent temperature, inconsistent magnetic field, radiations of magnetic poles, geomagnetic lines, geopathic stress, environmental stress, electromagnetic radiations and Shalya Dosha.

There are three types of Vaastu Dosha, which may harm your peace and may also damage the Aura of your Vaastu - Manmade Vaastu Dosha, Natural Vaastu Dosha and Ghosts & Evil Spirits.

One needs to understand the concept of Energy Field of your Homes. It is an cosmo-magnetic energy field around your home which is not visible to most people, but it can be instinctively sensed or experienced by experts.

1. Guggal Dhoop:
You should offer Guggal Dhoop to each and every part of your home. It removes environmental stress.
2. Spray Salty Water:
You should spray salty water in each and every area of your home, on a regular basis. The salt absorbs all negative vibrations from air. This remedy can be performed twice a week. You must wash your hands after using this Salty Spray. It performs a thorough cleansing process, and purifies your home environment.
3. Worship Lord Rudra:
The best and the most powerful technique of defense is mentioned in Atharva Veda, Hymn 27, Book II.
God Rudra is called "the Lord of Healing" and “Protector”; In Atharva Veda, Hymn 90, Book VI., he is asked to cure evil and poisonous forces and in Hymn 57, Book VI., to cure a wound (physical, emotional and psychic). Worshiping Lord Rudra, the ultimate benefactor, can surely help you get protection against all evil forces. It helps open Karmic Doors and removes Karmic Obstacles.
4. Healing with Mantras:
A mantra is a tremendous force of positive energy. According to the science of Mantra, the armors (kavach) of different deities are...Lakshmi Kavach, Durga kavach, Shiva Kavach, Ram Kavach, Hanumat kavach etc....which should be recited by each and every family member of a family at the designated Pooja Room in the home. It empowers and regenerates powerful and positive forces.
5. Healing through Visualization: Generally, the following techniques should be visualized between your eye brows (Third Eye Chakra).
• Brahman Sthan (Center Point) and North – East areas of your homes are considered as the energy generators. Sit quietly in a comfortable position, allowing your breathing to settle into a deep, slow rhythm.
• Imagine your home's outer surface is surrounded by a blue circle.
• Think about your Guru, Spiritual Angels or God.
• Let yourself visualize each and every area of your home.
• Imagine your family members sitting, standing or perhaps performing their tasks.
• The words you speak or visualize will spread in the environment of your home. Hence, Ganesha suggests that you always speak positives words and think positive thoughts when you are at home.

One can use following affirmations while visualizing the protection technique -
My home is divinely safe and we feel protected.
We are always guided, guarded, and protected by positive, sage and benign forces.
My home is divinely protected against evil forces.
My family members are blessed and highly favored by our God.
I am divinely protected, guided, and strengthened.

Nowadays, implementations of Vaastu principles are not so easy, due to the limitations of ready-made constructions of homes and offices. It is very complicated to adjust number of flats / offices in one complex, location of lifts, its common walls for adjacent flats, and angular distance of relevant main doors. But, if one follows meticulously the principles of Vaastu while selecting the plot/ house and construction of building, then satisfactory results can be obtained in majority of cases. However, if that's not possible, follow the aforementioned remedies to get good results.

Venus to make final trip for the century

Astronomy Transits of Venus are among the rarest of astronomical phenomena.
Venus will pass directly between the sun and the earth, on June 6th 2012.
On June 6, Indians will be able to witness a spectacle called the ‘transit of Venus’. This is the last transit that Venus will make for this century...the next one will only be visible in the year 2117.
Transits of Venus are among the rarest of predictable astronomical phenomena. They occur in a pattern that repeats every 243 years, with the pairs of transits eight years apart separated by long gaps of 121.5 years and 105.5 years.
The transit of Venus occurs when Venus passes directly between the sun and the earth and obscures a small portion of the solar disk. While this is much like a solar eclipse, Venus, which is almost four times the size of the moon, appears smaller and moves more slowly across the face of the sun, as it is much farther away from the earth. Venus will be seen as a small black disc moving across the sun.

Venus is shrouded in mystery and astrologically has a huge impact on you. Venus rules the arts, wealth and material bliss. At the same time, Venus is a teacher. He holds the secrets of manifestation and the mysteries of the life and death process. Venus has a deep connection with all Goddesses and is indicative of Kundalini and Sexuality.
  • This rare transit of Venus will bring good fortune and benefits to all. The following Moon Signs will benefit the most: Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces.
  • People can overcome/remove a lot of Karmas and Doshas (Sins, Curses) on this day. On June 6th IST obtain the blessings and guidance of a Spiritual Guru.
  • People who develop new friendships on transition day will be immensely benefited. They will be blessed to obtain help and support from their new friends.
This is not a day to go on spiritual retreat. Make sure you get out of the house and meet people, attend a network business function.
The entire transit of Venus will be visible from eastern Asia, eastern Australia, north western North America, the Arctic and North Pacific Ocean. While unfortunately the beginning of the event will not be visible in India as it will begin before sunrise, the last two phases of transit can be seen for about 17 minutes comfortably. This is one of the most rare and exciting celestial events. There are four phases during a transit: two at the start (ingress) and two at the finish (egress).
The safest way to observe a transit is to project the image of the sun through a telescope, binoculars, or pinhole onto a screen,.
